Thank you for choosing Poppins Home. We specialize in custom-made furniture designed to meet your personal styleand space requirements. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order
1: Custom Orders & Payment
- All items are made to order based on your selected design, dimensions, finishes, and materials.
- A 50% advance payment is required to initiate production. The remaining balance must be cleared before delivery.
- Because your item is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after 24 hours of confirmation.
2: Production & Delivery
- Production Time: Orders are manufactured within 6 working days from the date we receive the advance payment.
- Delivery Time: Delivery is typically completed within 6 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical or external factors.
3: Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- After 24 hours or once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
4: Return & Replacement Policy
At Poppins Home, every product is crafted especially for you. Because of this personalized process, we are unable tooffer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always here to help resolve any issues with your order
5: What We Offer
We offer replacements or repairs in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit-related damage
- Incorrect product delivered
6: Eligibility Requirements
We provide a 1-year repair warranty covering:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging
- Provide photos or videos showing the issue for evaluation
Once verified, we will proceed with a replacement or necessary repairs.
7: Year Repair Warranty
We provide a 1-year repair warranty covering:
- Wood frame issues (e.g., breakage or warping)
- Foam structure defects (e.g., collapse or abnormal deformation)
8: Warranty Condition
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
- It does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, water, stains, or normal wear and tear
8: Pick-Up & Drop-Off
- We will arrange a driver for item collection and return if needed
- Transportation costs are to be paid by the customer
- Repair will be completed within 6 working days of receiving the item
